Mart 2025’te 3gmovers firmasıyla Türkiye’den Almanya’ya ev eşyası taşıma konusunda anlaştık. Eşyalarımız 10 Nisan 2025 tarihinde teslim edildi. Ancak teslimat sırasında şoför tarafından, anlaşmada yer almamasına rağmen 'ekstra eleman çağırma' ücreti talep edildi. Bu talebi kabul etmedik ve eşyaları taşımak zorunda kaldılar.
Samsung S90C QE65S90 model televizyonumuz orijinal kutusundaydı. Ayrıca, 3gmovers’a yaklaşık 100-150 euro ödeyerek televizyon için özel koruma/sandık hizmeti aldık ve sigorta yaptırdık. Teslimattan iki gün sonra kutuyu açarken çektiğimiz videoda ekranın hasar gördüğünü ve görüntü bozukluğu oluştuğunu fark ettik.
Durumu hemen İstanbul ofisine ve yetkili G***** A****’e (işletme WhatsApp’ı: +90 ***********66, [Sirelo tarafından adı kaldırılmıştır]***** Bey: 0532********83) bildirdik. Başta çözüm odaklı davrandılar, ancak zaman geçtikçe oyalandık ve mağduriyetimiz giderilmedi. Defalarca aramama ve mesaj atmama rağmen şu an hiçbir şekilde geri dönüş alamıyorum. 24 Temmuz’da Şikayetvar’a yazdığım bildirimi de firmanın ricası üzerine kaldırdım, buna rağmen hiçbir çözüm sunulmadı.

Kocaelinden Abu Dhabiye taşınırken araştırıp bulduğum bu firma sayesinde nerdeyse sıfır zaiyatla eşyalarıma kavuşmuş olmanın mutluluğunu yaşıyorum. 2 aylık bekleme sürecinde eşyalarımda bir rutubet kokusu bile olmamış. [İsim Sirelo tarafından kaldırıldı] hanımın en başından beri gösterdiği ilgi alaka tespit ve bilgilendirmeleri sayesinde de çok rahatladığımı söylemek isterim. Kendisine çok teşekkürler🙏

İstanbul Beykozdan new jersey taşınmamızda 3G movers firmasını tercih ettik. Taşınmaya karar verdiğimizde çok ikilemde kaldık eşyaları taşıyıp taşımama konusunda ancak bizi öyle güzel aydınlattılar ki diğer firmaların vermediği detayları ve fiyatı verdiler. Tercih etmemizin bir diğer sebebi ise sürekli iletişim halinde olmaları. Biz sormadan bize hep bilgi verdiler. Örneğin geminin erken varacağını bize söylememiş olsalardı hazırlıksız yakalanacaktık. Her şey için teşekkür ediyoruz. Paketleme ekibinden firma yetkililerine kadar hepsi çok profesyonel ve bilgililer. Biz de tercih etmeden önce araştırdık firmayı kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.
