The first contact was very professional, I went to their office and was warmly welcomed. The collection of my apartment in Istanbul was very professional and they packed the furniture very well. Their team is well trained and they know exactly what they are doing.
The communication is very good with 3G Movers and they put a lot of emphasis on their customers. I never waited long for answers, I was helped quickly with my questions.
I can recommend this company, there are many people in this industry who are not good but 3G Movers is one of the good ones and works very proffesionally.

We moved from Izmir to Madrid. Two months before the date a team came from Istanbul just to check the size of the container needed and give advice. Once we chose the date, the contact from the company was always available to answer us and to solve all our questions regarding the process.
From a 20 m3 container just few items arrived broken, but the company asked us the value of the reparation and, in a very simple process, they gave us the integral cost of them.
I recommend this company, we are very pleased with the service provided.
