We moved from Istanbul to Nuremberg with Alfa Omega. We had an excellent experience, from the first contact to the packaging and loading of the items in Istanbul and delivery in Nuremberg. All products were delivered undamaged and on time, and our move was completed without any problems. The process for paperwork is very long and it is important to take all details into account and i was provided with all relevant information for that process. None of my goods were damaged and everything arrived home safely. The quality of the service delivered for the price was also very reasonable compared to other movers I had taken quote from. I was very happy with this service, nothing broken or lost and very nice people to help. No extra charges. We shipped by sea to save money and we did. We were worried about being charged more but worried for nothing as we had to pay a normal customs fee for the shipment entering canada, which wasn’t that much. We were Relieved! Just a bit late arriving but we knew that would probably be the case with such a big move. We were very happy with this company, go for it!
