GHS LOGISTICS – WE BELIEVED IN THE COMMENTS, WE BECOME VICTIMS!
It is a warning for those looking for international transport services not to be victims of GHS Logistics and an open call for the current victims of this company! In general, seeking legal rights is seen as both a waste of time and a cost for most people. As victims of GHS Logistics, who are willing to spend time and all kinds of costs, we want to support others to seek their rights. To seek your rights at no cost , just share your contact information with a summary of your victimization to ******
Let's talk about the victimization we are experiencing!
1: Among our household goods transported by GHS Logistics, we had only three white goods. Philips brand TV and Bosch brand tumble dryer were delivered to us damaged. Only the washing machine came intact! We demanded compensation from the company, but to no avail! The insurance of 5,000 euros has no function! They do not pay in any way under various pretexts.
2: Although it was specified in the contract and we paid 65 Euros as an additional service, we saw that the TV was not transported in the wooden case, we stated it in the delivery report and forwarded it to the company. We didn't even get a refund of the money they charged for the service they didn't provide!
3: In the full 6-week period from 15.05.2024 to 24.06.2024, when we submitted all the necessary documents to the company, our belongings were kept in the company's warehouse without any action. Although we made numerous correspondences and phone calls with the company in this process, we did not get any results!
According to official records, the internal customs procedures in Istanbul, which were initiated on 24.06.2024, were concluded on 25.06.2024, the transport vehicle crossed the Turkey-Bulgaria border on 26.06.2024, and reached the internal customs point in the final country on 28.06.2024. In other words, the shipping process was completed in just 4 days. We, on the other hand, were disgraced by waiting for 6 weeks in vain!
4: We warned the company in advance to send enough employees to our house in Istanbul because the elevator of the apartment building was defective. However, despite this, the company sent only three employees including the driver of the vehicle on 09.05.2024. For our belongings to be packed and transported in one day, we also had to pay an additional 3,000 TL for the elevator.
5: The company received 6,565 Euros for the transportation of our 16 cubic meters of goods from Istanbul to Podgorica. We also found out later that they charged us a good price!
Most of all, our family peace has been disturbed during this whole process!Read more
