We listen! We will be listening you first, your expectations from the moving and most importantly what's boggling your mind ? We will make sure all the questions are answered even before making an quote.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We rarely face with a damage thanks to our top notch packing quality however all of our moving are insured of course with a full coverage! Yet to us an insurance is a thing we just keep for a dark days our first priority is make sure we will never need it, however for any reason if we need it you will be offered full coverage premium insurance by EU's biggest insurer.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Do your research, make sure your all questions has been answered. The person you're in contact is very important. Make sure your move coordinator makes you feel safe.

Our furniture, which were on their way from Turkey to Germany, arrived yesterday. There was nothing missing or broken. The packaging was also very careful when it was delivered.
