They were fine with regards to the packing and collection ... but even though I gave them a full packing list they did not pass it on to Fedex, which caused long delays in clearing customs and very costly for me as I had to pay storage costs.
Good at packing and pickup
Bad at passing on documentation
Caused delays and additional costs
Moved from Mugla (Turkey) to Baguio (Philippines)
