I eventually had no option but to agree on the payment under the condition that i will only pay at the Netherlands when my furniture arrives. And of course the driver was instructed not to drop the furniture unless i pay first, and he did make an awful scene at the street shouting and acting like a thug. I was prepared to call the police but then when i paid him the money in cash he let me and my friends grab the furniture and unload it while screaming that we have to do it within an hour otherwise he will leave. Terrible nightmare and a big scam. PLEASE do NOT fall for the good reviews trap. I am writing my message out of frustration because i can not do anything else apparently. It is a lesson to never ship with partial shipping like that. If i had to do it again i would just rent a 20 feet container and look for someone to share it with me or even have the extra space empty to avoid dealing with this level of frustration. Also he did offer a guarantee for damage but when the Istanbul fiasco happened, he said that he will not be held responsible for any damage. I got a few things broken here and there.
