I saw the negative review on here, and was worried. But they gave the cheapest quote and we were short of cash so we took the risk. I am so glad we did. Sumerman were excellent. It was the height of the pandemic and we were not even in Istanbul to oversee anything. They did everything from packing to shipping to delivery in France - and everything was perfect. The email exchanges were clear and in good English. With all the challenges of closed borders etc, it still went very smoothly. We were so pleased that we later charged Sumerman with transporting our cat (which was blocked early due to Covid restrictions) and they did another excellent job. At a very stressful time, Mr [name removed by Sirelo] and his team made our lives just a little easier and we are very grateful.

They kept my furniture in Istanbul for a long time which I was thinking it was on it's way to Tampa. when I called them and ask why I do not get any info on delivery date: owner [name removed by Sirelo] told me that my furniture is still in Istanbul and I have to pay more for them to send my furniture. I end up paying twice to get my furniture back. Please DO NOT work with them, they will scam you!
They convince you while nice treatment on the phone
They scam you later when you are stack with them and can not do anything
